Hotel is outdated, primary elevators did not piece of work (it seems that the main elevators are not working for months), had to apply the service elevator that is located in the "employees only" area without whatever signs. That elevator must be 50 years old and without any updates, not a single light working, the doors almost smashed my kids. The odor of cigarettes and marijuana on the floors and in the room is almost unbearable. At that place is no way to open up the windows or plough off the forced ventilation, which in add-on to making noise brings a bad aroma into the room. Despite the room beingness tidy, I would not sleep in this hotel again considering I felt that my family was at hazard, in add-on to non being able to stand that aroma.

I really think you should fix the elevators, this is a hotel where people spend money to stay. If y'all're not going to offer the amenities expected, information technology's kind of immoral not to update your listings to accurately reflect the current state of the property. Clearly the ownership practise not care almost their guests, either that or they're going bankrupt because this place is dilapidated at best and a downright disaster at worst. I would never stay hither again, there's a microtel past Wyndham 4 miles down the road that costs $4 per nighttime more and I've never had an issue there at all. Worst hotel feel of my entire life without a doubtfulness.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes! It is supposed to exist non-smoking but was not. Even the tub & dresser had cigarette burns.
